I wasn’t sure what to expect from a croissant-style rugelach, but this vanilla version blew me away. The layers were perfectly flaky without being greasy, and the vanilla filling had a warm, nostalgic flavor—like a hug from a bakery. It’s sweet but not overpowering, and the texture is spot-on: crisp edges with a soft, buttery center. I’ll definitely be ordering more. A delightful twist on a classic!

I absolutely love these. They melt in your mouth and are very vanilla!

Could use some more vanilla filling - tasted a bit dry .
