I consider myself an expert on B & W cookies. I grew up in NYC and have lived in Illinois for a long time. Almost impossible to find the likes of your Black and Whites here. But you have nailed it! This is what I remember…both the cake and the icing….enjoyed your Blue and Whites as well. I see that you have a location in Monroe, NY. My college and grad school summer job for many years was delivering Dugan Bros. Bakery products from out of Monroe to the Catskills. Some other old folks should remember that. Don’t stop!
